Desired Skills and Experience

Experience:

· Proven 1–2-year experience with a PIM platform (Salsify preferably) in a technical or consultant role.

· Experience with configuring and managing complex workflows and integrations with systems like AEM and SAP.

· Demonstrated ability to resolve technical incidents and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills:

· Strong understanding of data modelling, workflows, and technical concepts within the PIM Platform (Salsify preferably).

· Proficiency in managing PIM integrations and troubleshooting issues related to system integration.

· Knowledge of API management, data mapping, and working with data formats like XML and CSV used in integrations.

Additional Skills:

· Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to incident resolution.

· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.

· Ability to work independently and take ownership of PIM services, while collaborating effectively with the team.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Familiarity with AEM and SAP integration processes.

· Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management.

Education:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
