Dynamics 365CE Functional Consultant Customer Service & Contact Center

Languages: Spanish Mandatory and fluent in English.

The person will be responsible for delivering customization based on Dynamics CE Platform and functional design as part of a project team.

Responsabilities:

Deliver quality developments (customization and integration) with defined quality standards.

Go through functional design of given business requirements for functional solution and create detailed functional design document (FDD).

Work closely with technical consultants to understand requirements.

Report progress periodically to lead/project manager and assist them in reporting.

Check in/check out code in Azure DevOps and update work items.

Elaboration of test plan documents.

Solve functional issues encountered during testing cycles.

Provide training sessions to the customer.

Desirable skills:

Experience in Insurance Sector

Functional Consultant with 5 + years of experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Contact Center

Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE framework and Power Platform.

Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE design and development experience.

Demonstrable knowledge in customization, low code flows and Apps over Power Automate and Power Apps.

Knowledge of capabilities of the supporting software in the Microsoft stack such as Power Platform and Azure integration tools is a plus.

Experience in using Azure DevOps for code management and requirement management.

Good understanding of project methodologies especially Agile (JIRA).

Microsoft certifications are a plus.
